Matt Dicken is the Founder of Strategic Wealth Designers. Matt is a certified member of the prestigious National Ethics Association, a member of the Advisors Excel Hall of Fame, an industry Nobel Achievement award winner, a best-selling author, a regular contributor to Kiplinger and a national coach and mentor for financial advisors and CPA's. His "safer money" approach to investing, coupled with his track record of success, has made him a prominent authority on television, radio and many publications. Since 1997, Matt has helped over 2,000 clients in Kentucky and Indiana with their retirement planning, goals and dreams.

Dustin Stanley, Partner

Dustin is a Financial Advisor and Partner with Strategic Wealth Designers. Dustin specializes in assisting both retirees and pre-retirees plan their financial futures. He also plays an important role in the community by hosting financial seminars and leading the educational workshop Retirement Elevated. This informative series is aimed at providing attendees with important information to assist them with planning for their financial goals. He is an Investment Advisor Representative, member of the prestigious National Ethics Association and co-host of "Strategic Wealth with Matt Dicken", where he provides his perspective on current market activity as well as answers viewer's financial questions.

Josh Smith, Financial Advisor

Josh is responsible for servicing current clients, assisting other advisors, and building long-term relationships with clients and prospects. Josh is a native of Louisville and a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Louisville. He is passionate about helping others understand finances in simple to understand words and concepts. Josh is a husband to his wife Emily and father to their three wonderful children. In his spare time Josh enjoys family activities and is an avid runner.
